What payment methods are accepted?

Venmo, Check, or cash are preferred.

How much is the deposit to secure my booking?

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% 

(50% within 60 days, 100% within 30 days (full prepayment)) of the contracted price is required to secure the event date. The remainder of the balance will be collected the date of the event, unless other arrangements have been made with the owner of Beat Crazy/ Justin Jansen. 

All payments are final

Liability

Beat Crazy Entertainment may not be held responsible for any injuries, debts ,or future liabilities associated with this event or individuals associated with any event

What if my event gets cancelled or rescheduled?

Any deposit will be surrendered.  

In the event your party gets rescheduled, we will apply the initial deposit towards your new date.  

All dates are subject to availability & confirmation by Justin Jansen only.

How far in advance can I schedule our in-person consultation?

Please contact us a minimum of 30 days prior to the date of the event. The consultation is optional, but is highly recommended.  Please bring your paperwork & we will review all of it together.

 

Who is paying for cocktails at our consultation?

Of course Beat Crazy is picking up that tab:)
