YOU are our absolute priority on the BIG day!  We do not have gimmick packages, services or add on's.  Once booked you can rest easy, knowing your are in the hands of true professionals.  YOU will be our only focus on this day.  We are the first to arrive. & the last to leave...simply put, we do not accept any additional bookings on this date.

We have transitioned from a multi-system entertainment company booking hundreds of events a year & multiple events on any given date to a single system, high-end service dedicated team to making your wedding one of the best memories of your marriage.  We have a core belief that our role in this day is instrumental in helping tings go smoothly.   Likely one of the biggest parties you will ever throw for your friends and family, let us take the controls & take everyone for a ride!  Our dedication & commitment to our mission, truly set's the stage to allow us to "set the mood for your memories."

In-Person Consultation

After working for several other dj companies in my early days, I never understood why this wan't part of a wedding booking.  All of the planning leading up to the big day, I certainly believe that this in-person consultation lets us get to know one another.  It is very important to me to have a clear understanding of your expectations.  What you want, certainly what you don't want, trust me after 20 years in this business; this has become one of my favorite parts of getting to know my clients.

We'll review the paperwork I provided when you booked us & go over the plan for the day, musically & beyond!

I will be more than happy to meet with you & mutually agreed on location and treat you to some beverages, of course Beat Crazy picks up that tab:)

Comprensive Booking

We do not book by the hour & we certainly don't offer any gimmicks.  I believe we charge a very fair, comprehensive rate for our service.  We are yours for the day!  This often means we are the first to arrive at the venue & the last to leave.  If the ceremony is on-site and you need our assistance, we will not charge you a penny more.

Including a professional MC for the entire day, cocktail music, dinner music, mood-lighting, the in-person consultation prior to the big day, of course the entire party...

Professional Sound System and Atmosphere

We have a professional sound system that can be tailored to any space. Ambient lighting, up-lighting, party lighting & projector for media use.

We absolutely love transforming the venue into your private dance club for the night and absolutely believe it sets the tone & vibe for the entire day.
